Why give?

My passion for photography also serves to record data for my biology work when out on the landscape. Supporting my photography passion also supports my career!

I aim to bridge the gap between far-off places and those who may not be able to see the majesty for themselves. Supporting with a donation motivates me to go farther afield for that perfect photo.

I view my photography as a record of my adventures, and where my life has taken me. Supporting this showcase of my work helps me to capture key moments of growing older.

FAQs

I view photography as a way to capture a moment in time, of a specific place or organism. No two shots are the same, no two views are the same. For me, photography started as a documentary dimension to my outdoor adventures. Now, shooting photos provides the motivation for a new adventure in itself.

I have a few camera setups I use for different subjects. I capture wildlife and bird photos on my personal Canon 6DMII and Sigma 150-600mm G2, as well as various Canon mirrorless offerings when capturing photos for work. For landscapes, I use a Sony A7RIV primarily with an f/4 24-105mm.

Prints are available on an on-demand basis. I use an Epson P900 printer with a variety of mediums, and aim for museum-quality, long lasting prints worthy of fine framing. For those interested in printed photos, contact me at pegram.g@aol.com for pricing and options.
